Norquist mayor; Harambee means "Pulling Together" and the school's history of students, parents, staff and alumni striving together for quality education is responsible for the school's success. . . "Whereas, Harambee Community School offers an environment of cultural and educational enrichment in kindergarten through 8th grade. . .F.
